Missions

Missions are an integral part of our ministry philosophy. In Matthew 28, Jesus didn’t make a suggestion about going into all the world to preach the Gospel, rather he commissioned his disciples to go.

We believe the Great Commission is a mandate. We are called to go across the street as well as across the oceans to

“…make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).

As a church, we currently support eight Assemblies of God missionaries and two Youth with a Mission missionaries. Periodically, we also mobilize short-term mission teams from our church to carry the message of the Gospel to the nations.

We’re also involved in local missions. We support the Samaritan Center and the Community Pregnancy Clinic in their missional endeavors.
