One in Messiah

As a church, CLC has a heart for the nation of Israel. We are intentional in reaching out to the Jewish community. We offer several different venues annually for people connect with Messianic Jews.

One In Messiah 2010

After much prayer and seeking, to know God's will we are finally ready and excited to announce our guest speakers for the conference this year. On Saturday night Shawn Moir will share his story, how as a young Jewish man he came to faith in Jesus living in Long Island, New York. Shawn's journey to faith in Jesus is a compelling story for both Jew and Gentile. On Sunday morning, 10:00AM, our speaker is Ron Archer who has an extensive résumé of ministry in the United States and in many countries around the world. Ron's experience as a Pastor on the local church level and ministry internationally with Youth With A Mission and more recently with IRC give him an excellent background to speak with insight and vision. Our Sunday night speaker is John Dawson, author, prolific speaker and current president of Youth With A Mission. With his past and present, extremely diverse ministry experience within the Body of Christ all over the world John Dawson is a speaker you do not want to miss.

Feast of Tabernacles: 2010

Sunday, September 26th at 10am, 2010
We will be celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles this year on Sunday September 26th, 10:00AM followed by a 'pot luck' lunch. We would love to celebrate this feast of joy with you, mark your calendar today! (Guest speaker TBA) Not sure what the Feast of Tabernacle is? Here are some quick facts:
  • The Feast of Tabernacles (Leviticus 23:33-43; Numbers 29:12-40; Deuteronomy 16:13-15) is the third of Gods three major festivals (the other two are Passover and the Feast of Weeks).
  • Tabernacles was the only feast with specific instructions to rejoice.
  • The festival lasted 7 days. During the festival the Jewish people lived in tents, or booths, as they had done in the wilderness.

David Dolan, author and journalist from Jerusalem will be giving a special message on January 17 at 7:00PM. Pastor Jobst Bittner ( www.tos.info ), from Tubingen Germany, will be speaking on Saturday and Sunday at the seventh annual ONE IN MESSIAH Conference. This year the Conference will feature a Guest Worship Band – Be’erSheva – in addition to a Guest Dance Team – Yeshua’s Call – both from Tubingen. The gifted Messianic Worship Leader, Ted Pearce ( www.tedpearce.com ), will be a part of what promises to be a powerful and anointed time of worship and celebration.

Join us this year, June 6 and 7, for the seventh annual ONE IN MESSIAH Conference as Jews and Gentiles unlock the mystery “that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 3:6).
